"Commercial aviation traffic in Europe is leading a strong recovery, with the last week showing a 45% increase in air travel over this time in 2021, only 14% lower than 2019 traffic. Air travel in China is slowly increasing, with 10,298 flights a day on average this past week. Globally, flights are up 23% from this week last year, only 16% lower than 2019 traffic."
